Rosalee and Pedro had a truly joy-filled wedding at Kurtz Orchards after celebrating their civil wedding right before Covid hit in 2020. Long distance and wedding postponements were no match for their love story and resilience, and finally, alongside their loved ones, they were able to celebrate their partnership as they imagined. Their church ceremony in Niagara Falls was followed by a reception at Gracewood Estates at Kurtz Orchards, which is easily one of the best Niagara wedding venues in my opinion. So many amazing locations for photos and just beautiful food and service. My favourite moment of the day was actually a technically “imperfect” moment. Their first dance was meant to take place outdoors on a patio beside the reception area, surrounded by their loved onces carrying sparklers. Well, nature had it’s own agenda and as soon as they started dancing outside, it began to rain out of nowhere… and rain HARD. They continued a good bit of their dance and then decided that everyone should run inside (as soon as the sparklers went out). This made for such a memorable moment and everybody shared a good laugh before they continued their dance for round two indoors. Enjoy this look at this very special wedding for one of the kindest, most genuine couples I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.
